4. Share the group buy with your friends to make sure the group buy hits the max discount level.
5. Pay the remaining balance on the due date.
6. Look for an email from our team on where to retrieve your tires from the event.
Why are there different tiers for each brand? Don't all the tires ship toghether?
Each brand ships individually from a different location so we can not combine the shipping or combine the discount.
Is an email address required for purchase from RaceTreads.com?
Yes, an email address is required when purchasing from RaceTreads.com. You will receive an email confirmation upon receipt of your order. Email will also be the initial method of communication should the need be.
What method of payments are accepted?
Visa, Mastercard, Amex, and Discover are accepted forms of payment. We also offer many lease-to-own finance options on the checkout page. Prepaid cards are not an accepted form of payment.
What do I do if I need to cancel my order?
Group Buy order can only be cancelled if it is before the order deadline. We calculate the discount based on a participating customers so you may risk losing your deposit.
What do I do if I receive an email telling me that an item(s) I ordered is currently out of stock?
We apologize for this inconvenience but if this situation arises you will be offered either a full refund to the payment method which you used to purchase your order or you will be offered tires of equal quality and price point to the tires you originally purchased.
Do you offer military discounts?
Yes, we do but only on our regular sales website; www.racetreads.com

How long will my order take to process/ship?
All orders will be shipped to the event location.
Look for emails with instructions on how to retrieve your order at each event.
How much does shipping cost?
All group buy orders are shipped free of charge.
How long will it take for my order to be delivered?
All orders will be shipped to the event address and ready for pick-up on the 1st day of the event or the day prior if the series allows advance setup time.
Can I pick up my order from the warehouse instead of having it shipped?
Unfortunately, an order can not be picked up directly from one of our warehouses.
Do you ship to Alaska and Hawaii?
Unfortunately, no. All orders are only shipped to the continental United States.

Warranty
Are tires that are purchased from RaceTreads.com covered by their respective Manufacturer's Warranty?
Yes, RaceTreads honors all covered Manufacturer warranty-related issues. Although when tires are used in racing that will often void any warranty unless the manufacturer states otherwise.
What do I do if my tire has experienced an issue that is covered by the Manufacturer Warranty Policy?
Please contact a RaceTreads representative and they will assist you promptly.
Returning / Refunds
Can I return tires that I did not use at the event?
All group buy orders are final and must be picked-up at the event. If you can not make it to the event please contact us so we can arrange to have the tires shipped to your home.
